Acupuncture and herbal medicine, yoga and meditation have been found to be exceptional in relieving stress and prevent illness.

Stress is the most common complaint for patients whether it is the primary or secondary to another problem they are coming in for.  Many studies have demonstrated that Chronic Stress produces stress hormones, which cause chronic activation and damage in our brains and vasculature.  That leads to high blood pressure and heart attacks, chronic inflammation, anxiety and panic attacks, depression as well as neck and back pain, headaches, insomnia, weight gain, infertility, hormonal imbalance…The list can go on and on.
